Mike Roberts has eight years of
experience in

Beginning his
career at the

level for a
mid-sized
regional
company, Mike
broke a number of
production
records and was
consistently
ranked # 1
overall. In
2001, Mike was
recognized as
“Loan Officer of
The Year” and
entered
management where
he began
building branch
offices in
Lexington and
Louisville, KY.
By 2002, his
offices were
enjoying such
success that he
was hired as a
Vice President
for one of the
fastest growing
mortgage
companies in
America. Mike
became a
shareholder in
the company, and
over the next 2
years built
complete
mortgage
operations in 16
major cities
extending from
Orlando, FL to
Denver, CO. In
all, Mike has
trained over 300
employees and
has been involved
with well over
$1 billion in
mortgage
fundings.
Education:
Along with
meeting all
licensing
requirements,
Mike has
completed over
120 hours of
financial
strategies and
advanced
mortgage
education
classes in
Kentucky,
Indiana,
Florida, and
Texas. He also
designed and
implemented a
mortgage
training program
for a national
company. Mike
was named to the National Deans List at St.
Catharine
College which is only achieved by 1/2 of 1% of all college students in America.

the mortgage
industry has
been featured in

multiple times.
He has achieved
Loan Officer of
the Year honors,
received 47 top
monthly
performance
awards, and
broke numerous
company
production
records.
Family /
Personal:
Mike’s family
includes wife,
Whitney (shown
above), along
with sons Ty and
Alden. In late
2005, Mike
decided to step
out of the
travel demanding
national arena
to be at home
with his
family. “Being
at home,
spending more
time with my
family, and
helping my
neighbors with
their finances
became much more
important than
chasing the
Florida real
estate boom.”
Personal
interests
include family
vacations,
challenging golf
courses, and
great sporting
events.
Mission:
To provide the
local community
the unique
opportunity to
work with a real
professional who is proven
on a national
level. "I want
to stop the bad
advice given by
inexperienced
loan officers
and help
individuals gain
complete control
of their
finances by
securing the
right mortgage
that they
personally are
an expert on themselves."
Arming people
with the right
facts about
their mortgage
helps them to
pay it off
earlier, build
equity, and
build worth for
their family.
